Going to the Chapel...

My cousin, Nathan, and his beautiful bride Toni

My cousin, Nathan, had a beautiful wedding this Saturday. Nathan is an awesome musician (He played the trumpet at our wedding.) and just got a really nice job as a high school band director. He and his wife, Toni, were married in Hokes Bluff, Alabama, just outside of Gadsden. It actually wasn't very far from where Robert and I met his mom and dad for a funeral recently. We also passed Robert's great aunt's house. He recognized it when we drove by and said that he remembered she had a nice dog named "Colonel."

We rode up with Dad, Mom, Kyle, and Big Mama - all six of us in Big Mama's Lincoln Towncar. (What my dad likes to call a "Lazyboy on wheels.") Everything was great until we had a flat on the way home. Luckily, there were plenty of boys to change the tire. Kyle was driving, so we blamed it on him. Ironically, the last time he drove that car we had a flat tire and almost missed a cruise. So Robert was nominated to drive home the rest of the way.

Here are some great pics from the wedding:
